I recently reached out to this Budget Truck Rental location after initially making a reservation with a competitor for a moving truck (Specifically choosing a location said to have what I was looking for available for the date we needed. Me and my husband showed up here for our rental and they said they had nothing available for us. No follow up, no call, nothing. Extremely unprofessional. Then they proceeded to ask us if we wanted to take their 12 seated van to SeaTac to get the other car they might have available. Uh no? Don’t come here.
Hit or miss..staff nice. Cheap cars but they need to be cleaned a bit better. And just because you reserve a certain car even if you do it months in advance that doesn't mean they'll have it when you get there. Kind of like a Seinfeld episode.
Budget is the third car rental agency I tried when I needed a rental. I had "confirmed" reservations at the first 2 only to discover later that "confirmed" meant absolutely nothing to them. One advised me an hour or two after my confirmation email that they did not have a car, the other only after I took a Uber to their location to pick up the "confirmed" car. The lady I spoke to was a very nice lady, and they are very reasonable. Budget car rental in Federal Way I would rent from them every time.
