The customer service is decent, the prices are good, but the cars always come to me dirty on the inside and outside.

I’ve been a member of budget for damn near eight years. This is the absolute worst location ever. Absolute crap service every car I have ever picked up here wasn’t cleaned at all looks like someone just dropped off and they rental to me. Picked up 3 cars in the duration of a month and the gas was either half empty or fully empty. They never answer the phone and when they do I’m on hold for 30+ minutes

Shoutout to Lindsay for helping me out and making things right! We had issues with our van rental from another location and the 800 customer service was no help just told us to go to the nearest location. Lindsay was fast and efficient and switch it out. Thanks for saving us vacation time!

I recently reached out to this Budget Truck Rental location after initially making a reservation with a competitor for a moving truck (Specifically choosing a location said to have what I was looking for available for the date we needed. Then received a call 2 days before that day and being told they did not have the vehicle I thought I reserved) competitor tried to get me to rent something else from them, but I was frustrated so I declined. Me and my husband showed up here for our rental and they said they had nothing available for us. No follow up, no call, nothing. Extremely unprofessional. Then they proceeded to ask us if we wanted to take their 12 seated van to SeaTac to get the other car they might have available. Uh no? Don’t come here.
