Kinda hard to do business with someone that doesn’t answer their phone, and hangs up on customers.
Rental booked online telephone number at location does not work or only works when standing in different spots im a WA resident with full coverage internet & mobile phone so not sure why I’m unable to call seems strange whenever budget rentals sees this review please contact me I’d like a refund issued for a rental that was reserved. Had reservation for a truck. Told me they could not give me that truck
Is it even legal to lock the doors during office hours? Please avoid this place at all costs! They said they would call me back when the car carrier was ready. They never did. We walked in and to find out that the mechanic wasn’t even there to fix the carrier. Their attitude was basically ‘there is nothing we can do.
