Budget is the third car rental agency I tried when I needed a rental. I had "confirmed" reservations at the first 2 only to discover later that "confirmed" meant absolutely nothing to them. One advised me an hour or two after my confirmation email that they did not have a car, the other only after I took a Uber to their location to pick up the "confirmed" car. The lady I spoke to was a very nice lady, and they are very reasonable. Budget car rental in Federal Way I would rent from them every time.
Pick up was simple, not the fastest but never expecting a fast pick up. Car was clean and returning the vehicle was a breeze. Hand them the keys and go. Only thing that I could see as bothersome for a customer is that there was only 1 employee. She was clearly overwhelmed. That didn't stop her from doing her job though. Cant remember her name but kudos to you for committing to helping the man in front of me, the person on the phone, and myself and then customer after me. I will be back to rent again
