Very rude people working in that place I ordered an SUV seven passenger when I went there they gave me a five passenger and then they were telling us that’s all we have but that’s not what I pay for it so that’s why they deserve a zero
My husband and I came in to rent a bigger car to take on a road trip. The first one we got smelled a bit like cigarette smoke- when we asked for a different car, they handled it super quick- no problem- just got it done. Not sure why this place gets such bad reviews- they were super nice!
2 staff members serving over 100 customers. This is ridiculous. I understand cutting costs but this is ridiculous. 4 hours till we were served
Fast and friendly service and great variety of vehicles. The lady who was working at the counter was very focused and pleasant to work with. She was very nice and helpful and went the extra mile for us!!
