I reserved a moving truck online with Budget on 10/27 for pickup on 10/31 at 7:00 AM and received both a confirmation email and a personal confirmation verifying my reservation. I did find it a bit unusual that the email asked whether the location had reached out directly. Unfortunately, when I arrived (after taking an Uber to the site), I was informed that no trucks were available. If I could give Zero stars I would! Couldn’t find my work badge ask manager if I could use AtoZ portal he told me No I need my work badge! So I said ok, finally found my work badge for me to get there & they ask for my AtoZ portal log in? On top of horrible customer service & I think one of there employees are colorist. Rented from here several times. The service women were funny and efficient. The cars have always been clean and in good working condition.
