We got there about 1.30 Thursday afternoon and had to queue for about 40 minutes even though they had 10 staff working, the car was mucky and smelt so after complaining go 2 days reimbursement. The car ran fine and was good for 2500 miles in 2 weeks

I would give a zero star if I could. We booked the car two weeks in advance and paid for it and called the office to confirm. A day prior I get a text saying the car is ready for tomorrow at 9am. Office personnel calls at 8:45 saying the car was canceled due to lack of delivery of the car. I asked for a refund but the person insisted he couldn’t do it and asked me to call the budget customer support to do so. Frauds. I have a booking confirmation and they haven’t not car for me. But money takes from my card. Shabby, and very negative company. Answers is. I have not car. Sorry. ….. its very very bad experience with Budget company in hotel Hilton !!!!
