I would give a zero star if I could. We booked the car two weeks in advance and paid for it and called the office to confirm. A day prior I get a text saying the car is ready for tomorrow at 9am. Office personnel calls at 8:45 saying the car was canceled due to lack of delivery of the car. I asked for a refund but the person insisted he couldn’t do it and asked me to call the budget customer support to do so.
