I would give a zero star if I could. We booked the car two weeks in advance and paid for it and called the office to confirm. A day prior I get a text saying the car is ready for tomorrow at 9am. Office personnel calls at 8:45 saying the car was canceled due to lack of delivery of the car. I asked for a refund but the person insisted he couldn’t do it and asked me to call the budget customer support to do so. Kind, efficient, choice of cars in price range. Do not pay airport tax from this location. Highly recommend ...
