The guy when I picked up my car was nice, but the drop off there wasn't anyone there!! I wanted to ask some questions, but I couldn't. No sign of when they would return or if they will return.
Terrible! We reserved a rental moving truck the day before pickup. I made a reservation here one Saturday. BIG MISTAKE! I caught an Uber there just to walk up to the counter to let the rude unprofessional lady know that I had a reservation. She began to look puzzled, went back and forth from the front to the back and told me they had no cars! I informed her that I caught an Uber there.
