We rent from Budget frequently. Today at this location was an unforgettable experience. Showed up on time, having stopped by the day before to make sure they'd have a full-size for us. Today, there was one person behind the counter, and apparently another one somewhere washing cars. This meant counter guy was also taking peopl out to the distant parking lot to get their cars. Waited through 4 people ahead of us, then found he didn't have a full-size. Would have one in 20-25 mins. We returned, this time 5 people ahead of us. ... read more
I was very disappointed with the service I experienced at this location. There was only one person servicing a lobby full of customers on a busy holiday weekend. He had to do everything (poor guy). It took over an hour to get the car. When I got to the car it was filthy inside and out although I had been assured it was cleaned. The car had dirty seats and sand. TERRIBLE customer service. The guy working at the counter couldn’t care less and ignored me for like 15 min despite me being the only one there. Office buried beneath a hotel and falling apart. Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had.
Franko was extremely helpful and had a phenomenal car booking experience. I book cars a lot with Budget and have never experienced service like this. His care to customer satisfaction and knowledge about care is unparalleled and will love to book in this location again
