The worse rental place ever!!! The black lady with the crazy wig, so unprofessional!!! She lied & said their wasn’t no rental cars available, however.. there were plenty!!!
I was stuck in parking garage because they didn't give me the paper with a QR code to scan out. Rental car was also messy and had hair everywhere. Very inconvenient and unprofessional service.
This location was not very centric to the customer experience. The address brings you to the train station, however the return for the car was through the light passed the address and there is no signage saying this. After parking the car in the lot, there are signs repeatedly stating not to leave the keys in the car but doesn’t tell you where to bring them. I went into the train station and thankfully found it.
