I've been in this line for 20 months and it's barely moved. They give the "fast break" customers complete priority while the 30 other people in line stand around. And why are there only ever half of the counters at this airport ever open? This line is twice as long as it should be because the Budget counter is closed so I'm at Avis. So you take extra money from "Fastbreak" customers but can't hire anyone? I should have checked the reviews first. Never renting from Budget again.
Counter was unmanned when we picked up and returned our vehicle. Initial vehicle had been hit from behind and still had noticeable damage so we refused to accept it. Replacement vehicle only had a half tank of fuel but rental receipt showed full tank. These two issues added an additional 30 minutes to both our pickup and return processes.
If I could give zero stars I would. The wait was almost as long as my flight. Wasted so much of my day it seriously impeded my trip. Would not recommend to anyone I actually like.
Never have the car or the same model that I pre-order. Always something a little wrong with the car like air pressure and tires. Check engine lights. No windshield wiper fluid.
