Process was confusing and not what I expected at all. Cannot reach anyone due to phone offline. No place for budget pickup has to be done through Avis who I also called ahead of time after reading reviews online that this may be where I pick the rental up and there was also a busy tone for. The sales rep did not explain anything at all when asked about charges. False advertising, was given a different vehicle other than what I was expecting
Do not rent from here. They will give you an electric vehicle and there are hardly any chargers in the area. I also called 13 times and they didn’t answer once.
customer service was horrible. It was the only car company with Avis that had cars available. Every other company was sold out. When I walked away , the lady behind the counter, decided to tell my business to the next person in line very disrespectful. I’m going to make sure I bring this up to upper management.
I have never written a bad review before, but our experience with Budget in Savannah was absolutely horrible, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Everything started off fine. I specifically requested that they use my Chase card, and they told me that would be no problem. However, I later found out that the rental was processed through my Amex instead.
