I really made a big mistake , reserving car here. Folks, these guys play with the words. Check everything three times before you go away from their desk and sign the contract. They upgraded my reservation without even asking me clearly. I have learnt my lesson never going back there at all.

I modified my Budget rental return location online after a death in my family, exactly as Budget instructed, and received written confirmation of the change. The Kansas City franchise later charged me $916 in undisclosed fees, claiming corporate confirmations don’t apply to them. The charge was never disclosed, never agreed to, and is now being justified with an unsigned rental agreement. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company and filed a BBB complaint. Rent somewhere else. Had an online reservation with Priceline and when I got to rental counter the price was about $100 more. It was off hours so could not resolve it with PL so I signed and drove off. Never did get this resolved by Budget or Priceline after several attempts. Not using either going forward.

Wow. The last few reviews are for the same woman I came to leave a review for.. Debbie. Clearly upper mgmt here don’t value their customers. Won’t be renting from here again.
