VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY AT THE DESK WITH BANG AND GLASSES WAS VERY RUDE AND MADE US FEEL LIKE A BOTHER RATHER THAN A CUSTOMER AWFUL EXPERIENCE AT MCI WILL NOT RETURN EVER IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD JOHNSTHAN THE “manager” LET THE AGENT CONTINUOUSLY GET RUDE AND LOUD WITH US INSTEAD OF TRYING TO REMOVE HERSELF SHE WANTED TO PICK A ARGUMENT

I have rented from this location for years never had any issues. On June 26th I rented a vehicle the vehicle was returned on time June 28th. I am still waiting on my deposit received my final receipt showing a deposit of $183 left messages filed a claim and I am still waiting to hear back. I have been a loyal Budget customer for years and I am so disappointed 😞

This review is for the Budget Rental Car operation at the Kansas City airport. The facility is offsite but there is a shuttle for all of the consolidated rental car agencies and the pickup was quick. There is no dedicated Fastbreak drop off. Inside at the counter there was a Fastbreak lane it wasn't manned. Fortunately it wasn't busy and I didn't have to wait to get service. I should’ve read the reviews first. Would give it 0 stars if I could. Ended up having a billing issue. But no one answers the phone and Budget customer service line can’t help either since they use different systems. Terrible customer service overall. Just don’t bother and go somewhere else. Clearly the few 5 stars are from their own people.
