I arrived yesterday with complimentary rental already booked l; I walked up and waited 2-3 minutes while the lady played on her phone finally i asked could she help me: she ran my card for the full rental price and security although it wss comp and I only had $300 on my credit card ! The most RUDE manager I have ever encountered in the Budget stores. My pick up was around 11pm, so everyone is pretty tried but there is absolutely no need to be rude and racist with costumers. The managers treats you in a very rude and condescending matter. Plus they don't rent cars to Mexicans, and nowhere making our reservations this was stated or explained. Absolutely the worst!!

By far the worst Budget experience I have ever had. On arrival, my prepaid minivan reservation was not available and I was given the choice to “upgrade” to an SUV or take an 18 passenger van. When I returned the vehicle, nobody ever checked the car in. I got billed for an extra day. I called them many times but nobody answers and after hold it rings for the Atlanta budget. I called the corporate number and was on hold for 30 min and they started an escalation but said they would get back to me in 1-2 weeks.
