It’s a scam , don’t bother them .
Was there two days for approximately two and a half hours each day. Apparently, Hurtz Enterprise budget avis. All of them overbooked rental cars, so there were none to be had. All of them require at least seventy-two hours prior notice to pick up your car. Anyone who went through a third-party app was forced to contact the app to get a refund. The staff, on the other hand, is friendly and very understanding
Let me first say I almost NEVER write a negative review but I have been unable to get any communication in any other fashion so here we go. On Friday night, 21 February, my rental car was wrongly towed/impounded. When I physically went to the impound lot the next morning (22 February), I was informed that I needed a letter of authorization from Budget to retrieve the vehicle. Worst experience, had a reservation for pickup at 10:30pm, filled out all the info on line as requested prior, no cars available and absolutely didn't care. Do not use budget worst rental experience hour away from hotel and they had no option but to come back in the morning to see if they had any cars. No option for zero stars
