HORRIBLE. AVOID. This is THE WORST Avis / Budget location in the US I've ever used, and I travel frequently. I've been here six times now, and only once did they have a car available when I arrived. Yesterday, we arrived to find no cars, even with a prepaid reservation. We had to take an Uber XL and come back today. And now I've been here an hour waiting for a car. Everything was going smoothly until I received the bill and seen the extra charges. Including a gasoline charge, although I filled the tank. The agent even asked us if we filled it up and confirmed with us standing there. That is very unethical and shady. I have the charges and location of the Racetrack where I filled the car up right before dropping it off. That would include the time stamps as well. I wouldn’t dare book with this company again. I’ve waited THREE months just to be told that i cannot be reimbursed for the one day I didn’t… I’m sorry THEY DIDNT HAVE the car because they didn’t have the car the day i needed it, kept giving me the run around , telling me im going to get a refund, then they kept getting the story wrong which is crazy considering I’ve been calling .
