Budget in Kirkwood rented my sister a car that WREAKED so bad. When we took it back she said, “what do you expect it’s a rental”. What the hell? The car was horrible and the stench so bad we didn’t even want to sit in it. I can’t believe the lady said, “what do you expect.” THEN when ask them to send an email regarding the complaint they couldn’t. Like What the hell? Too bad I can’t leave a zero star.

I gassed my rental twice before returning it FULL and Budget charged me for a FULL tank of gas when it was returned full. When asked to remove the $120 fueling charge and forwarding the receipts, they still refused to credit the charge. Like a bunch of thieves!!!

I arrived promptly at 9:50 a.m. for my 10:00 a.m. reservation, only to be told there would be a 30-minute wait. After waiting 50 minutes, I approached the front desk at 10:40 a.m. to ask for an update. At that point, I was informed that the wait would be another 30 minutes. My name was finally called at 11:15 a.m., but instead of receiving my vehicle, I was told it was still being washed.
