Our experience here was ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!!The last that helped us was wonderful. We told her our situation and she had a vehicle ready for us. Appreciate her kindness.
The lady at the front desk was super helpful and was great. Need more workers like her.
Very unprofessional. The staff member had his child there the first day and then was loudly FaceTiming him the next day when I returned the car. The staff doesn’t even bother to show you which vehicle or make sure you’re comfortable driving it and inspect the vehicle with you before letting you drive off. I was handed a key fob and told it should be “somewhere along the wall”. Instead I find an electric car with 85% whatever that means and the interior still had someone else’s trash. Came on Amtrak & got to St. Louis way earlier than expected. I called to see if anything was available. How is NOTHING available if it’s a car rental place? MAMADAS! The lady was not helpful at all. I asked to speak with a manager in which she did not allow me to speak to. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.
