Very unprofessional. The staff member had his child there the first day and then was loudly FaceTiming him the next day when I returned the car. The staff doesn’t even bother to show you which vehicle or make sure you’re comfortable driving it and inspect the vehicle with you before letting you drive off. Came on Amtrak & got to St. Louis way earlier than expected. I called to see if anything was available. How is NOTHING available if it’s a car rental place? MAMADAS! The lady was not helpful at all. I asked to speak with a manager in which she did not allow me to speak to. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.
This location lacks professionalism, accommodations, and knowledge. The entire staff is incompetent of customer service.
