This Budget Car Rental location on Highland Ave in Hollywood, CA has been providing me with excellent service for more than 20 years. It's my Go-To car rental location! Wendy should not be working in customer facing roles, never had to deal with such disrespectful & rude service agent at a car rental or any type of rental location. The behavior is like Wendy's paying for the car! Issue: We booked a specific car type, Wendy gives us a completely different car type - when confronted that you have 2 cars in the lot which matches our car reservation, she is like no I cannot give that to you, whatever you have is the only option, either you pay more or nothing.

I made a reservation for a car. we made a resv and received a Conr #. We went to the location and there was a no car. Same with other people, DO NOT BOOK WITH BUDGET. Very inconvenient and the attendant didn't care.
