I've rented from this Budget location at least 10 times and keep coming back because the service is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly and professional.
Alex was extremely accommodating in helping since I had expected to return the vehicle to LAX. He was able to handle the situation from smack in the middle of Hollywood so I wouldn't have to go all the way out to the airport. If you're driving from out of town and clicked on an LAX return just because you don't know your way around L.A., I'd change the return option to this location. Alex takes his time in handling every single detail with precision and excellence. He is someone you can trust.
This Budget Car Rental location on Highland Ave in Hollywood, CA has been providing me with excellent service for more than 20 years. It's my Go-To car rental location!
