Rented from this location several times. Every pickup and return has gone smoothly and vehicle was fine, what I expected or even better. Being open on Sunday helped this most recent trip so I didn't have to pay for extra day waiting for weekday hours.

Excellent cars, excellent service, and excellent staff. I’ve used this location three times so far, and each time I received a brand‑new, spotless vehicle. The staff member is always friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely continue using this location.

We reserved a car, but when we arrived to pick it up, we were told there were no vehicles available. None. So we contacted customer service, who told us to go to a different location an hour away, because they had vehicles available. So we drove an hour to the new location, only for them to tell us there that they didn't actually have any vehicles either. Absolutely horrible experience. We rented a car one way from Louisville and this location and dropping off in IL. Had the car for under 5 hours. It was checked out to us with damage that was noted on the checkout documents but apparently incorrectly for their system. We dropped it off on a Sunday when closed and started getting calls about the damage on Monday.
