I’ve used this location several times as I live in the area. Vehicles are always clean and available. The staff are always helpful and friendly and it’s great to see consistent faces!
I have rented from this location for several years running. Romin, Raymond, & Jermaine have always been extremely helpful & accommodating. Whenever I haven't been able to get into a desired vehicle, they have ensured I get in something comparable or better consistently. This is my rental location of choice since I've been in Louisville.
The car was in excellent condition, and pickup was so easy! Thank you for the great service
The ownership at this location changed about a two years ago and the new staff does a great job. Their rentals are always clean, filled with gas, and the front office is always professional and courteous. What else can you ask for. I will continue to use them.
