Absolutely horrible experience. We rented a car one way from Louisville and this location and dropping off in IL. Had the car for under 5 hours. It was checked out to us with damage that was noted on the checkout documents but apparently incorrectly for their system. We dropped it off on a Sunday when closed and started getting calls about the damage on Monday. We’ve rented cars from this location many times (hate going to the airport for a car). Always the best price. Cars have always been clean and well maintained. Roman Carey was the agent this time, and was very nice and efficient. We were in and out in no time. We appreciate his assistance.
