Reserved a car on Wednesday and prepaid. Got a confirmation email on Wednesday and an upgrade offer on Thursday. On Friday arrived and was told no cars were and available and that they called yesterday which was not true based on my phone records. Then they blamed it on me because I reserved it so late. Managed to get a car from Enterprise-- a much more pleasant experience.
Dee at the Meeting Street Budget location is AMAZING!
Upon arrival the morning of Sunday, August 17, 2025, we were greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Dee. She was kind, accommodating and helpful. After some confusion regarding the payment and booking of our car rental at the Charleston Airport Budget Car Rental location the previous day, Dee was able to rectify the issue for us quickly and effectively due to her professionalism and understanding of better business practices.
