Dee was absolutely phenomenal in her service to my boyfriend and I when we came to pick up our rental car. She was friendly, accommodating, and so helpful! 10/10 service.
We arrived excited to pick up the convertible we had booked weeks in advance, only to be met with a staff member who had zero people skills. She bluntly told us the car wasn’t available and offered a Honda CRV instead — no apology, no explanation, and no interest in helping. The whole point was to enjoy a summer drive in a convertible, so this was incredibly disappointing. We ended up leaving, booking an Uber to the airport, and starting over with a new rental. Definitely read the reviews and ensure you book your car at the airport, not this location. The lady working is not a good employee and should be let go. Very poor customer service, it was somehow my fault that there weren’t any cars at the location even though I had a reservation. Be better budget.
Your reservation means nothing here. Was told that they receive their cars from the airport and have no way of predicting what cars they will have. This is with booking over 2 weeks in advance. They will only know the day of, after their delivery of cars, whether your reservation is available. Very sketchy! Just pickup from airport. Honestly you'll save more even Ubering there, as airport reservations are much cheaper.
