I rented a car to travel and make arrangements for my late grandfather who recently passed away. The woman who works there is so hostile and rude— and for not apparent reason. I didn’t even have the opportunity to leave the vehicle, say a word, or even check in at the front counter before she started yelling at me. Such an oddly hostile weird experience. We placed a last-minute reservation and zoomed to the rental establishment that was supposed to close at 2:00 PM that Sunday. We arrived at 1:44 and it was completely closed. Another gentleman came up to pick up his car. It was closed as well. It was extremely unprofessional that he had not been notified. They would be closed and that we made a reservation 15 minutes before and we’re not told they were closed.
