Worst check in process I’ve been through. You have to wait in line for an hour to sign a contract to walk upstairs to the garage to stand in line for an hour again to receive your keys.

I reserved 15 passenger van this morning from Richmond Airport. I arrived at the counter and the vehicle was not ready. The counter agent was polite but called three times to check on status. After about an hour we were told its ready and to proceed to the garage. We get to the garage and its 51 degrees outside and the vehicle was not ready . Reserved a car. They had all flight info. Shut down and left us without a car at 00:30. Had 92yo mom with us, who needed to get to bed after 2 flights. Said it was our fault because we didn't "confirm" the reservation - a step to supposedly be taken at an arbitrary point after the reservation is officially made, but before the actual reservation day/time. Total disregard for humanity. No empathy, no accountability, no effort to help. Never again.

While it looks from the other reviews that the RIC Airport location needs a total overhaul (terrible wait lines & dirty vehicles that are in need of maintenance), I want to give kudos to one of your employees. Yes, we waited in line for 2 hours on 10/20, but their system was down and they had to manually process rentals, so I give them some grace. However, for 2 hours there was only 1 person at the counter (we were 8th in line). He managed his patience very well and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. Our original rentee didn’t... read more

Horrible service. Front desk was NOT helpful at all. Called customer service and they attempted to fix the problem many ways but the management and staff here did not want to help in ANY way. Ended up cancelling and I will NEVER use them again. Go other places!!!
