Terrible experience. Book your rental with a real agency like National. What ever time you ask to pickup you’ll still have to wait hours here. Awful place to work with.
I arrived at the RIC location to pick up my reserved rental. I registered with the man at the desk and was asked to wait until my name was called. After waiting for over an hour I went back to the desk to see what happened with my car. The woman at the desk seemed annoyed that I was asking. They seemed to have lost my paperwork. Rented a suburban at the airport and when arrived to pick it up the lady at the counter was about as rude as can be and said they don’t have anymore have a good day. I specifically rented this bc I have 3 children in car seats and 1 that’s not and my wife. Now we have nothing and are stranded. The counter lady should be fired.
Have to wait an hour to get a car. Reserved a car two months ago. Do niot use Budget in Richnond, VA.
