DO NOT rent from this business!!! They would not hold a car overnight even though we had rented it for the late pick up. Flash flooding from severe thunderstorms prevented us from picking up on time. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Update:: something is fishy here. After NOT having a truck and writing the review below, i get charged $150 “no show” on my credit card from salem oregon budget. Something is very off!!! So angry. Going to try corporate complaints next. The worst experience. Very unprofessional. Mostly corporate online’s fault. Planned a home move and rented a Budget truck. Got here and no truck even after an email reminding me of my reservation two days prior. I was shocked and angry. Never again.
