I arrived at the RIC location to pick up my reserved rental. I registered with the man at the desk and was asked to wait until my name was called. After waiting for over an hour I went back to the desk to see what happened with my car. The woman at the desk seemed annoyed that I was asking. They seemed to have lost my paperwork. This rental location is small and older and downtown BUT the customer service is top notch. They are friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. Rarely any lines, QUICK service. Most rental offices take forever to actually get in your car after waiting at the counter and filling out paperwork and inspections and more which takes at minimum 15 minutes without a line if you’re lucky. This location gets you in and out super quick and easy. Recommend!
The ONLY issue is they do not provide rides, I left my car on site, and forgot my keys at home. It would have been nice to get a ride home, like other companies do. My daughter had to leave work to accommodate me.
