Budget in Concord was really helpful. Their prices were unbeatable and their service counter was friendly. The agent at the desk made sure we had the car we needed! We will come back when we need to rent again.

The staff was very helpful. They had to change my vehicle twice - the staff missed to notice that the first vehicle they gave me has been smoked in. The second vehicle they provided me with had a broken window, so they had to give me an older suv even though I booked a car to save on gas cost. The Suv was a nice upgrade but defeated the purpose of me trying to have a vehicle with better gas mileage for my trip.
