They're very helpful, whether you are calling or physically going to the locale. When renting various car, they'll give you all the info and pricing you'll need to rent car.
I have rented twice from Budget Rental/Memphis Airport and am renting again this coming weekend Oct. 31-Nov. 2nd. They are by far the best rental agency I have come in contact. The staff is always courteous and helpful. They greet and smile when they see you and only ask if you have any questions. I had to extend my previous rental and were so kind and pleasant on the phone and had no problem filling my extended request. I would definitely highly recommend this location.
Too many hidden fees applied after booking. Fees were almost as much as the rental cost. Cancellation fees not stated at all. Very deceiving. Will never use them again. Poor way of doing business!!!
