Everything was expedited quickly
This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a Budget. I called to ask if they were located inside the hotel. Its a mess because there were no signs telling you where to. The rep Kia working the front desk answered the phone with no professionalism and a rude attitude. I arrived and again there was no greeting and poor customer service.
