My flight was delayed by 3 hours so we dropped the car off 2 hours later than we were suppose and they charged me 88 dollars, so beware !!! Plus when i tried to call them their phone was busy all the time and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Never again using budget !!!!

Sarasota airport location was the most horrific experience in returning vehicle. I turned in car on time and was charge a late fee. It’s not my problem that 11pm was offered as a drop off time and I was there on time to drop of car and keys. I even attempted to go in airport and let counter guy know I was there in time and he proceeded to laugh at me and tell me well I only do check outs of vehicle. The customer service representatives at the front desk were nice, but the issue is with the fuel charge. I filled up the car before returning it, however the fuel needle did not go up properly. I explained this to both representatives and also showed proof with the attached fuel receipts showing I already fueled the vehicle and could not add more gas. Despite providing proof, I was still charged for fuel, which makes absolutely no sense. Charging me for gas after I already filled the vehicle is very disappointing and unfair.
