Took me longer to fly here from Indiana than to wait in line to rent their car with a reservation in place.

Worst line compared to all the other car rental companies. Does not matter if you prepay or Budget fast break. Everyone in the same line. I wished I hadn’t prepaid so I could have gone to 6 other rental companies. Worst part line not moving.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT WITH THIS PLACE This place is NOT GOOD. Their vehicles are old and full of problems. My girlfriend picked up a car and barely drove it. A few miles later the transmission refused to go into gear and had to be towed. An entire day of a vocation lost because of it. Replacement vehicle was provided. All good there. The rental fees and insurance was fully paid upon booking but they still charged an additional $54 after the vehicle was returned. I was trying to figure out what for but they just k... read more

Reserved vehicle through Priceline. Had no issues with picking up the car, returning the car or with the car itself. Drove fairly smooth and was very clean. Only issue was the bill itself. Budget added another $10 to the Priceline amount. Have no idea why. Need to follow up.

Slowest car pickup ever. Their rewards program is not straight forward. Just because you have a fast break account does not mean you can use the fast break line, you need a fast break reservation. Ask me how I know Edit: Our first rental car had the battery die halfway through the trip and we had to return and wait in line AGAIN for an exchange. This Budget is truly rental car hell.
