I made an online reservation for 8/9 on 7/23. At that time, my card was charged for the reservation fee. I continued to get email and text alerts reminding me of my reservation, yet it wasn't until 3.5 hours prior to my pick up that I received a call informing me that there was no vehicle for me. My call was escalated to three different people, who offered no assistance. Wait what?! I picked up a rental (Toyota Corolla) and I want to start off with saying, the woman who assisted me with completing the rental purchase in person at this location was nice. I needed to drop off a vehicle of a family member back to their home location and needed to leave the rental in the parking lot at Avis so I can come back to pick it up. This location changed hands approximately 1-1 1/2 years ago. (Henrietta) Since this new owner took over he has fired all former employees. Customer service , well let's say there is none. The place is dirty, and so are the vehicles.

Pre paid for a 6 day rental and took an Uber to this place and couldn’t get the rental because 1 letter was misspelled in my last name. While I offered many different forms of ID and cards with my name on it, as well as they had my drivers license with photo, the manager and front desk worker stated no! While I understand fraud the “A” and “S” are next to each other and an easy error and I had multiple forms of ID for them!! No one attempted to work with me and not to mention my kid was with me and she is on crutches!
