If I could I could give a 0 star I would I paid a lot of money to rent car for a week I went to Florida came back a day late so the lady at the counter said it was going to be $112 for returning late ok whatever so she continued to check me out then I said so we’re good she said you put gas in I said yeah right where it was over the full line she said perfect a day later I get a fraudulent charge to my bank which I will dispute saying I’m being charged 240 bucks for them picking me up and dropping me off to the car and vise ... read more
When I first got the car I went to go look at it and the inside of the car was dirty. It was not vacuumed, there was juice spilled all over back seat cup holder. Looked like smeared cookies were on the front seat floor and center council. When I turned the car on it said “maintenance required”. I brought the car back in to let the lady at the desk know. Arrived at 8 to get my 8am reservation. No one was around. No one showed up until 8:40 and on their cell phone. Not worth the few dollars I saved by avoiding the airport. Updated to add: The car smelled horrible like smoke, to the point we had to leave windows open any chance we could. The floor was torn with pieces flopping around.
