The most positive experience I’ve ever had renting a car. All the staff were super nice and accommodating. They helped us acquire a car in the size we preferred, and then helped us move it out of a very tight garage space. After we dropped it back off, they gave us a ride to the Amtrak station when they overheard us talking about finding the bus stop we needed. So nice and totally unexpected!

I can’t believe the experience that I got from this place. I lost my weekend trip because a mistake that was not resolve. First the app is able to accept my reservation under 25 years old for a 7 passenger, then I go like a week before to ask something about my car, they take my ID and everything was fine. Except that when I go the day of my reservation I was not able to pick up the car because I was under the age? How is that possible! I originally booked a Mazda cx-50 reservation through my credit card company, when picking up the vehicle the associate asked me about add ons (insurance and tolls) which I had approved. But she neglected to tell me that it was a PER DAY pricing, total costs ended up being an ADDITIONAL $450 when I had already prepaid $330 for the vehicle. Do not rent from here!
