I just got to the location, booked a su.V but when I got over here, the guy told me he had no vehicle available.And the reason, because I called eight hundred number I supposed to call at their store and right in front of me, he gave my vehicle to the guy who called at the his store for some reason.I mean, not sure he trying to get some permission out of him or whatever.And I mean, never use budget before, and never gonna use again. DO NOT RENT HERE! Why even have a reservation system that lets you "choose" what vehicle you want? You should just have a roulette wheel setup because it's a game of chance what vehicles will be at the lot. We reserved an electric vehicle and of course when we got there they didn't have one and apparently neither did any other Budget in the metro Richmond area. When I picked up the vehicle, the employee working there immediately informed me that the economy car I had reserved was not available. Instead of providing a complimentary upgrade, which is standard practice when the reserved vehicle class is unavailable, I was told I would have to pay an additional $52 for a larger vehicle.
