When I picked up the vehicle, the employee working there immediately informed me that the economy car I had reserved was not available. Instead of providing a complimentary upgrade, which is standard practice when the reserved vehicle class is unavailable, I was told I would have to pay an additional $52 for a larger vehicle. Worst car rental experience ever with this location and company. I had a reservation to pick up a vehicle at 11:30 AM and was on my way to pick up the vehicle when this location called me to inform me that they did not in fact have any vehicle for me. They said at the earliest it would be 1 PM for the next return and then it might not be the right size. Doesn’t matter if you make a reservation honestly cause when you go to pick up your car there will always be some kind of issue. Don’t recommend.
