Trash company, trash customer service, basically stole 200 dollars for me for a vehicle I prepaid to rent, when I got there, they said they could rent me the vehicle due to nothing I did, and will not give me my money back...never go here

Believe the reviews. This is the absolute worst location with the DUMBEST employees. Woman couldn’t even tell me how much security fee was. I booked cheaper car available she tried saying it’s a mini van then tried saying it was an electric and if I wanted something else I had to upgrade for $10. Car smelled like cig smoke, I have asthma and they refused to change cars until manager showed up. I now get to drive a weed smelling car for 5 hours thanks so much!!!! I was given a filthy vehicle that had not been cleaned in awhile. So much so that there was a layer of dust in the car. Several indicator lights were on including the vehicle needing an oil change. To top it off the vehicle had an overpowering odor of cigars that made me, a non smoker, feel sick. When I asked if I could swap it out I was told I could down grade. Horrible experience.

So slow! I even did the pre check-in process before, and here I am waiting around forever at the counter while they work at the computer. Budget needs to enter the 21st century.
