If I could leave a negative review I would. Whitney is the worst customer service agent I’ve ever met. First of all, my connecting flight was only 45 yet I waited in line at budget for 2 hours no joke. After two hours and a precheck with a prepaid reservation, they denied us because the name was different on the card than the person driving. I would give zero stars if I could. I waited in line for over an hour, only to be told that the large SUV I had booked was not available "and had not been available all day". They gave me a much-smaller car but only made a small deduction to my bill - they refused to match the actual cost of the car I received. During the long wait time, one of the desk managers left and took a long break while we all stood there. Terrible all around. Do not book through Budget.

By far THE worst experience I’ve ever had with a vehicle rental company. If you value your sanity, do not rent a vehicle from this office. They do not answer the phone at all, they do not respond to corporate, and they ignore simple requests then lie about it. I’ve never seen an office so blatantly disregard any attempted contact. We lost a wallet in someone else’s rental and have watched via airtag as the wallet has sat in their lost and found for over a month. Worst experience I have ever had with a rental car company. We waited in line for an hour and a half just to get to the desk. There was no apology. There was no reason everybody just moved slow and didn’t feel like moving any faster. Horrible experience it is not worth any discount. You may get pay the more money
