I had a great experience renting a car here. I made a mistake during my booking, but the staff handled it incredibly well. One of the employees went out of her way to help me fix the issue, was very understanding, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. Customer service like this is not something you find everywhere – I really appreciated the support and flexibility. Everything else went smoothly as well. I would definitely rent here again!

I am a regular customer at this location. Cristina Santos has never OPENED this location on TIME. I have had to wait every Saturday for her open at 8 am. Some times opening as late as 8:20 am. PLEASE inform this employee, every time she OPENS late, my customers are Upset having to wait for me.

WORST customer service ever! I pre-paid and pre-checked in. When I arrived, I was yelled at and refused service. They moved my reservation to the following day, meaning I was out 2 Uber rides and stranded. Saving grace was Corporate credited me the 2 Ubers after I called to make a formal complaint. We'll see if I actually get the car tomorrow.......... ARRRGGGHHHH
