If I could give this place a 0 I absolutely would. Booked a rental over a week in advance to go out of town for a family emergency. Get to the location to pick up the car and they wouldn’t even speak to me the door was locked. A customer that was already inside told me that there were no cars and that they wouldn’t speak to me. Now I’m left without a car within the budget that I booked it for and cannot leave town to get to my family in an emergency. This is absolutely not acceptable and their customer service sucks.
Kiara was truly a Blessing today!!She was personable and truly helpful. She reminded us of what TRUE customer service is. We will definitely use her services again. Thank you KIARA for all you do, we appreciate you.
