I rented a car from the Orchard Park location a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. Mark was very efficient in renting me the car and the car was clean and ready for me on time.
I WILL NEVER EVER RENT FROM ANOTHER BUDGET/AVIS THEIR CARS DONT HAVE UPDATED INSURANCE OR REGISTRATION AND THEIR CARS ARE RAN OVER YALL DOG THESE CARS FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER HOW NICE ANYWAY I TOOK THE CAR ON THE ROAD TO ANOTHER STATE AND THE TIRE BLEW WHEN COPS CAME I CAUGHT A TICKET AND THEY TOOK THE VEHICLE NOW I GOT COURT WHO GONNA PAY THESE FEES DEFINITELY NOT AVIS/ BUDGET I RECOMMEND TRYING TURO OR SOMETHING
Showed up during business hours to pick up the van I rented to find the Manager, Mark, left a friend in charge who didn’t have credentials or system access to complete the prepaid reservation. They told me to come back later and maybe the owner would be back…worst rental location I’ve ever experienced To add to this, he lied and said multiple times I had to accept his insurance to rent the van but immediately grew quiet when I showed him Budget’s fine print that says all insurance is optional for personal trips.
