Excellent service. Good value Mark is the best
Rudest customer service, called to ask genuine questions about the rental I requested for a month from now and the man that answered the phone was basically mocking me for asking basic questions any customer would ask. The tone in his voice was like as if he was speaking to a child that’s how mocked I felt. Immediately cancelled my reservation with them and am going with another car rental company. I could only imagine the customer service when I would’ve been in person probably would’ve been the same if not worse.
If I could give zero I would. Went to pick up a car I rented and they have no available vehicle. They make me go to a different location tried to put me in a smaller class car and tell me its the same when it was way way smaller car was dirty and smelled of weed employee yelled and argued with me MARK has HORRIBLE customer service NEVER go here
