The Budget at BUF is a complete joke. I booked a car on Bookings for $307, but at the counter I was told that because I have an international license, I must buy their insurance. That pushed the total up to $5xx. After questioning the necessity of several insurance terms, we settled at $409 anyways.Then the agent claimed their printer was broken. We started our vacation with a bad experience with the Budget in the Buffalo Airport, leaving us stranded before driving our kids to Florida for a Disney Vacation, having prepaid for the rental months in advance. We found our way to this Budget location and couldn’t give enough stars. Bruce was able to help switch our reservations and get us in a vehicle that same day, only putting us a few hours behind on our schedule, without any less money in our pockets.
