Worst service , charged me for tires when I didn’t do anything to them , rip off company , they said I have to show pictures of proof they were good , why can’t they show me pictures or camera footage from the office , they have cameras , would never use again
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! We rented a vehicle here that had a cracked windshield. Pictures were taken and form noted. Budget put a charge on our credit card later for $759 for the cracked windshield. Budget refused to refund even with paperwork and pictures. Currently considering it Fraud with the credit card company.
Thieves. They rent you cars they don’t have and when you get there they offer only more expensive cars. Another customer in the lobby said the same thing same time. More than double the price. They create desperate situations and prey on their customers.
