Even if you get it online for some reason it still takes forever to get your car.
Fabian was soo helpful, I was in a need of a car and he went above and beyond to find one for me, thank you so much. This is definitely the only place I will go to, to rent a car.
Can’t give ZERO stars. Rented here 2 times due to location-convenience. First time SUV was filthy. Second time tried renting a pickup and when I arrived the guy said he hasn’t seen one in 3 years. He said there are way more reservations than he has vehicles. Line was 20 people long - 1 overwhelmed employee. Rent elsewhere!!!

DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE FROM BUDGET/AVIS CAPE CORAL. I wish I looked at these reviews before renting a car from them for our Florida Vacation. The amount of hidden fees nearly doubled from the price we paid online and that's not even the worst part. The real kicker was after returning home from our vacation. 2-3 weeks later I get an email with a Letter of Demand from Budget/Avis claiming I damaged the vehicle and owed them $964.
