This location is always out of the vehicle I reserved. I get a SUV instead. The people are friendly and nice. Just service is slow and even with a prepaid reservation. I've used Budget for years. Used this location three times since November. Budget is still my go to for rentals.
This is the only Budget Rent a Car in Cape Coral (714 SW Pine Island Rd), and it was a total nightmare. We arrived for our pickup and there was a huge line of people waiting—only ONE employee working the counter, moving at a snail's pace. We stood there for what felt like forever (easily 45+ minutes) just to get to the front.
