Two rentals in two weeks. First one they charged me nearly $70 for refueling after I returned using after-hours drop. Corporate reversed charge. Second car was filthy and had spilled food and used toothpicks inside. Location did nothing, corporate compensated me. Advise renting from one of the other rental agencies in town.
Really bad company. The airport attendant said I could return my car after 3 and they charged me for an extra day because of one hour late. Also really bad customer service.

Would give 0 stars if possible. They triple charged our card, because of an issue they had with their system. We asked about the charges the guy at the desk insisted they didn't go through and would come right back off. 7 days later and hours wasted on the phone with the 1-800 customer service line and they are still illegally holding our money and giving us the run around. Booked a van rental 4 months in advance, just for them not to have the van the day before our trip! If they gave a warning or a notice sooner It would have been fine, but now were stressing around trying to find a new van. Absolutely horrible and would rate 0 stars if I could.
