Booked ahead of time and would not give me the car despite having everything they said I need
Staff very rude and doesn’t care. Do not rent from budget and especially this one
Two rentals in two weeks. First one they charged me nearly $70 for refueling after I returned using after-hours drop. Corporate reversed charge. Second car was filthy and had spilled food and used toothpicks inside. Location did nothing, corporate compensated me. Advise renting from one of the other rental agencies in town.
Really bad company. The airport attendant said I could return my car after 3 and they charged me for an extra day because of one hour late. Also really bad customer service.
Not good!!
