I really had a great experience renting with Budget at Union Station. Ali was extremely helpful and accommodating. Totally recommend.
Great spot to rent a car. Evidently, it is a busy spot because it is in a train station, but the staff do their best to get you in a car when you get there. Friendly guys.
Ali was on top things and great service. I highly recommend this location.
Scam artists made up charges to double the bill and called corporate they said they would fix it then never did stay far away and I will be reporting to the state of CT consumer protection!
