First time renting with Budget, and I will never rent from this New Haven location again. It's not a real location, but a small rented office in the Train Station with four guys who try to upsell you on everything and rush you out the door. They didn't even look at the car they gave me because it was filthy inside and out. The dirtiest rental car I have ever received. Very bad service, the guy was there was very disrespectful, no help, he was rushing me when I only want to rent a car, he end up to kick me out, not professional at all. This was inside of train station, Train Station, 50 Union Ave, New Haven, CT 06519
It is impossible to actually get in touch with someone at the location. The rental went fine, but now I need more info and this is infuriating.
The whole rental process was very easy and the staff were very kind. They gave us a very nice upgrade for no extra cost.
Ali is the BEST! very welcoming, willing to resolve any issues you may have, and you will always leave with a smile even on a bad day so if your looking for a rental, great hospitality and good rates, head downtown 50 Union Aveune, New Haven, CT ask for ALI!
