Mid sized auto advertised on line for $188.with 'Free upgrades'! Was double that price when reserved. At pick up....Car was different model and clearly a smaller size than photos and specifications but I was told "It's in the same class." Asked if I could get the free upgrade and was told that that offer was not part of my reservation. Asked if I could re-reserve another car and was told that I would be charged for the one I had already reserved. Great service by staff and always clean rentals. This Budget office has been my go to location for a few years and I have yet to be disappointed.
if i could give 0 stars i would, nothing but rude people who work here. Also was over charged for dropping a car off @6PM when thats the time i was told to bring the car back… Lady on the phone is telling me i dropped it off a day after assigned date when i have the email on my end stating i dropped it off at the time/day it was supposed to be dropped off at. Just very unprofessional. with workers like these cars should just be cheaper lol … Do better 👎🏾
