if i could give 0 stars i would, nothing but rude people who work here. Also was over charged for dropping a car off @6PM when thats the time i was told to bring the car back… Lady on the phone is telling me i dropped it off a day after assigned date when i have the email on my end stating i dropped it off at the time/day it was supposed to be dropped off at. Just very unprofessional. with workers like these cars should just be cheaper lol … Do better 👎🏾
STAY FAR AWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE STRESS THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!!!!! My husband rented a vehicle from this location and not only did they not take our insurance policy # or instruct him to send our insurance the rental agreement for coverage, they also OPTED HIM OUT of the company provided coverage. My husband ended up in a serious accident that totaled the vehicle and that's when we found out that they allowed him to leave the location with the car and NO INSURANCE they never sent our insurance the agreement or took our po... read more
Be ready to have problems if you are renting from this location. They always charged extra unknown fees, when you call no reasons can be provided to you. Yesterday I returned a car again and because I was sick of these charges, I told lady that I filled the tank right at Cumberland farm Stratford which is around the corner for this location. They sent a guy to check it after I returned the keys but, as soon as I got home I saw $99 extra charges AGAIN!! This is insane and these ppl are playing with your nerves. I called this ... read more
Cars are dirty rented 2 times. First found food under the seat and 2nd eggshells on floor both times smelled like nasty food and smokes.. budget it's self don't care about clean cars or customer service. Will never rent at any of their locations again.. enterprise is light years ahead. Only got 1 star because you can't do zero
