I am writing this review specifically for Budget's corporate office. Corporate needs to get their act together because the way they operate causes so much unnecessary stress for people trying to become customers. Corporate needs to fix the website so it accurately shows car availability. I cannot imagine how many workers have to deal with pissed-off people because the site says a car is at a specific location, only for the call center to reveal it is not actually there. Lazy employees - Did not walk me out to the car I rented for one day to check for damages before I took the car and did not check the rental after I dropped it off. There was a chip in the windshield, they tried to charge me $374 for a chip in the windshield that was there when I picked it up at 10:30PM on a Friday. The employee never checked for damages previous and now you want to charge my card!! BOO HISS!! Get off your butts and do your complete job, check for damages before and after!!
