Prepay 3 months in advance. Day of vacation, they don't have a car. Local guy told me that when he asked for my vehicle the night before, the airport location told him, "That sounds like a tomorrow problem." This is the THIRD TIME they didnt have my prepaid reservation. Wrote a letter to the CEO, crickets. They don't care about you at all.

Budget/Avis at Oklahoma City Airport is the worst. Twice they couldn't provide the car I reserved, making me switch through four cars. When I returned the car with a full tank, they falsely charged me $158, claiming I didn't refill. The staff were rude, the manager indifferent, and customer service was useless. They even tried to make me take a car with the check engine light on, saying it was safe. Avoid this place, it's reckless and shady.

I asked them to add the unlimited tolls to the rental agreement but they didn't add it, and Budget corporate won't do anything about refunding a portion of the bill. Both the company and this location are terrible. Also, if they ask you to email them they'll do nothing for you. It's just a way to make them look like they're doing something when they're in fact useless.
