I’ve used Budget Rental in Waldorf twice for car rentals. Each time the car was available at the scheduled time. The gentleman that helped me at the counter was very friendly and took the time to answer my questions!! I very much appreciated his customer service!

This location is so terrible. Worst rental experience ever. I booked an SUV and never got my rental and neither did anyone else in line with a reservation. No apology or anything. All he had to say was all my cars are getting oil changes. Mind you I had a reservation pickup time of 10 am. By 12:30, still nothing available. They messed up our entire day, wasted our time and money because we had purchased tickets for my daughter’s bday that we never made it to. All around a very unprofessional establishment and very poorly run

Best experience I’ve had in a while renting a car. The shop was busy when we went in but they still got us taken care of quickly and in a super friendly and personable manner. The car was clean and free of any odors, it also seemed well maintained.
