Buget Car Rental has been a nightmare. Not only did I not get to rent the car I wanted, they rented me a car with paint on windows and some on the body too. It was like they must have rented it to a construction worker who drove it to a work site. Budget also failed to release the deposit and blames the bank. The credit card blames Budget Car Rental. Excellent customer service.
The employees seem quite knowledgeable and helped us get a vehicle quickly. UPDATE: They were super quick to get us checked back in. The guy at the front counter is great!
Overall, great service and reliability! Don't forget to refill the windshield washer fluid.
