Could not get a person on the phone just put on indefinite hold
This reservation was a disaster from the very beginning. I tried booking online an hybrid electric car and was kicked out of the system multiple times. Upon calling the store I spoke to Kelsey and explained to her the situation. She communicated that she would honor the electric car price when I came in to retrieve the car.
