Update: You can drop your car off at the business next door if gates are locked! There’s a key drop on the side of the building. Great location and one we use frequently. Since they've moved, though, you are unable to drop your vehicle off and leave the keys in a box. That caused a problem for us and we ended up paying for another day because I didn't have anyone to help me return the car during their business hours. I miss the old location and the friendly people who ran it.

The customer service at the Broken Arrow is excellent. I rented a car for four days and had no issues and even got an upgrade.

Had the pleasure of being helped by Misty today both over the phone and in person and after going to multiple Enterprise locations misty not only set me up with a cheap vehicle but was incredibly helpful with my first time renting experience as well as just being really nice.

Prepaid for a Mustang Mach-E but was given a Kia Niro with only 20% battery and a bad vibration while driving. We wanted to switch to a gas car, but the original location refused the return and forced us to go to the Tulsa airport. We dropped the car off at the airport where it was picked up, yet were still charged a drop-off penalty. Very disappointing experience.
