Prepaid for a Mustang Mach-E but was given a Kia Niro with only 20% battery and a bad vibration while driving. We wanted to switch to a gas car, but the original location refused the return and forced us to go to the Tulsa airport. We dropped the car off at the airport where it was picked up, yet were still charged a drop-off penalty. Very disappointing experience.

Helpful & personable. After a very bad experience at the airport I had stopped using budget car rental but the location in Broken Arrow has changed my mind. A very good experience and would highly recommend them
Great location and one we use frequently. Since they've moved, though, you are unable to drop your vehicle off and leave the keys in a box. That caused a problem for us and we ended up paying for another day because I didn't have anyone to help me return the car during their business hours. I miss the old location and the friendly people who ran it.
