Very bad experience. When you book online (doesn't matter the day you book ) it shows all cars available. Remember when you book online you"ve already paid.In addition they send you an email informing that the car is ready with the keys.Upon arrival to pick up the car they tell you there's no car available. They did it to me twice i was very upset. If the car is unavailable you should call the customer and let them know that the car is unavailable instead of the customer wasting alot of time to come to your site. Very upset

Absolute joke! This is why people hire cars from other companies. Tried to rent a car for the day. Booked the car online and received a reasonable quote of about $35 for the most basic car. When I arrived at the branch to collect the car, they wanted to charge me $92 for a 24 hour rental. Service representative was absolutely useless so I walked out. It was cheaper to use Uber. I will remember to never book with Budget again.
