Toby at the Karric Square location was the light at the end of a 24 hour long dark car rental tunnel. Our city was greatly impacted by flooding. My pre-existing reservation with another rental company was cancelled without my knowledge and the company then sent me to 3 additional locations which each said they had no vehicles available. I called Toby the next morning after finding an available vehicle with Budget online.
