They deserve zero stars. Was due to pick up my vehicle at noon. They called me at 9:15 to tell me my vehicle was not there and they could not get me one. I booked it a month prior to our trip. I asked them what they were going to do about it and the “manager” flat out told me nothing. It was my problem. They are quick to take your money but I can wait up to 10 business days to get my refund. Gave away my reservation (small sedan) to another customer (arrived a little late, my fault). Told me there was up-charge for a SUV, the shady thing after was he charged me for some optional insurance (so the upcharge wasn’t even real)… the vehicle I was assigned had large dents and scrapes. Wet, sticky interior. Front desk declined to inspect the car with me after making discoveries. Really bad and shady service at this location.

Really should be no stars or negative stars worst customer service I have experienced in a while had a rental car reserved it gave me a pickup time of 5:30 p.m. it turns out they close at 5:30 p.m. when I arrived shortly before that they were already closed no one in sight call their customer service they told me to just come back the next day and I could pick up my reservation I show up the next day and they don't have the car for me they try to give me another car but they want me to pay triple the price which I was not go... read more

Cool lobby and plants! Great rental experience here, everyone was friendly and nice.
