I rented a 12-seater van from this location and had a smooth experience. The staff here are friendly and helpful.
I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. My company always uses Budget, and I followed suit this week. We picked up a nice little Prius from this location and returned it at the Columbus Airport location. The pickup and return process was smooth as butter, and the gentleman who helped us when picking up was courteous and bent over backwards to record existing damages and help us so we wouldn't be put in a bad spot when returning to a different location. To that gentleman: Thank you for being awesome.
Best place for car rental...only option I didn't like is that On Sunday night we can't return the vehicle .it's making extra burden for the consumer.other that pretty good.
If you can’t already tell from the other reviews, don’t do it. I prepaid for a rental, dod the advanced check in so they knew I was coming, and yet they still had NO vehicles available. No accommodation. No real help. And no apology. Just an awful location.
Avis Budget Call Center Representatives told that they have so many small cars in this location. Traveled 15 miles just to hear them saying they didn’t have any small cars today!! Such a pathetic customer care and service
