The lady who works here is the best. I rented a car from Kinghtdale location and on my return day they were closed because they just decided to take the day off. I called the company a million times and finally told me to drop off here. I went and my name wasn’t in the system, so they lady asked me to call the company. After over 100 mins on the phone with them so they don’t charge me one way fee, they finally did it- kind of and I’m still in talks with them. budget rental is running a scam out of raleigh nc airport. flew in on mothers day, a sunday, and was given a damaged car with no paperwork. they insisted that was not the procedure any more and said they noted the damage. skeptical we took pictures. the bad paint job they fix from a previous repair was peeling. then at the exit checkpoint we expressed concern as to the condition and the attendant said he would note the issues. fast forward 45 days and we get a bill for $1200. with threats of collection agency harrasment. sen... read more
