The lady that helped with getting the vehicle upon pick up was helpful and good customer service. The vehicle was not cleaned properly, with visible stains, dirt, cup holders were not cleaned out, dental floss on the floor of the vehicle, carpet didn't look to be vacuumed, finger prints on the touch screen, stains on the inside of the doors. We had a wonderful experience when we rented a vehicle for our last road trip. We struggled with the online process, but she was very helpful when I walked in to finalize the transaction. She was very kind and helpful. We will definitely use them again!
