Rented a moving truck from this establishment and two hours into my move (moving to New Mexico) the check engine light came on. I thought it was the gas cap, which is notated on the truck that it could set off the check engine light. Luckily I got to my parents house and my brother was able to check the code. "Bad Transmission Selenoid". Does this company not perform PM's on their moving vehicles before renting them out?

Les voy a dar una estrella para poder comentar muy mala experiencia después de rentar un auto con un mes de antelación te llaman el mismo dia para decirte que no tienen auto disponible sino hay autos para que rentar y como avisar el mismo día verdaderamente es una falta de respeto al cliente no buscan ninguna alternativa

Worst location and company to rent with. They reallly make you feel like you are in a Seindfield episode. They know how to make reservation but they dont have cars to give you. Worst part is they surprise you last min that they dont have a car. Employees and management both are hopeless just give you a sorry to get rid of you.
