Showed up to pick up our rental at 8am like reserved 2 weeks before. They were just then trying to call me to let me know they did not have a vehicle and would be 3 hours before they could get one there. No other solution for me. Horrible customer service and you should be prepared the night before with rentals you need… canceled our reservation and took our business elsewhere
