Had a great experience at Budget Car Rental in Tampa. Martina was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. She made everything quick and easy and provided excellent customer service. Really appreciated her positive attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommend asking for Martina if you come here

Rental was great, Riche was an excellent communicator with amazing service. 5 star!!
The worst customer service ever!!! I rented a specific van (stash and go) and a mile down the road I noticed the air pressure was only 15 psi. I turned around and brought it back. The agent inflated it and I pointed out a screw in the tire and he shrugged his shoulders. He said what do you want me to do. I said replace the tire… He said that’s not happening.
