I can choose any rental car company, but I continue to come back to Budget/Avis at Westfield Brandon Mall because of how I am treated. Jalyn is consistently professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely kind. They little hard to find. But very nice. Located inside the Mall
Horrible first time experience. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. I called to ask a few questions to try to decide if I wanted to book a car with this company and the agent was rude from the moment she picked up the call. Great experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly nice, friendly, and easy to work with, and the entire rental process was quick and hassle-free. The 2026 Kia Carnival was also a fantastic vehicle, clean, comfortable, spacious, and absolutely perfect for a family trip. It gave us plenty of room for everyone and all of our luggage while still being a really nice, modern ride. I would definitely rent from here again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an easy and reliable car rental experience!
