One of the worst experiences, the woman on the front desk gave me a hard time Nd she seems doesn’t know or understand how discount works. She made mw re book twice, and didn’t work. I had to change to another company and the discount code works perfectly fine.

Upstairs counter could have bwwn nicer. I had to wait i. Line over twenty minutes aftwr her telling me.express was down stairs

All I will say is that your store lead “RAFA” RAFIAL needs to be fired. I won’t go into detail here but a formal complaint against him has been submitted due to the way I was treated. As a longtime renter of budget I will never spend a dime here again.

We waited in line for two hours to get our rental car. As a rental car company they know how many cars they’ve rented and they should staff accordingly. Everyone in line was quite disappointed in the service and the time it took to get our cars. I even took pictures of everyone standing in line waiting. People were going to check other car rental places, but it was much more expensive because they hadn’t rented them in advance.
