The person in the front is rude and unhelpful. Made me wait an hour for a reservation I had for over a week to tell me we don’t have anything for you. Then when I said I wanted to cancel she wanted me to go on and cancel it from my end even tho I explained it’s not working. Wouldn’t rent anything from there even if it was the last option outthere

Very unorganized. Did not have the truck available and no one at the front desk to help. Waited for a long time with no solution and rented elsewhere.

I love renting from here. They try to be as understanding as they can be under the circumstances. I understand that because there are a smaller location, they can't control the vehicles that they receive. But if they don't have any, at least they try to recommend other places even if it's not with their own company. I have been a customer that has not received a vehicle when I get there. If I received a booking confirmation, I believe I should get a car, not hear the answer that there are no cars...By the way, before I get my money back, why should I waste time on this issue through customer support? This is not a service, this is a "budget"
