One of the girls here called me ONE DAY BEFORE MY MOVING DAY to say they did not have the truck that I booked because someone was stranded in another state with it. The manager never once apologized & never tried to make it right for me. To make matters worse they said they couldn’t even offer me a truck at any nearby locations because they were all unavailable which was hard for me to believe. Truck was gross and old. No dolly. No pads.
If there is less than 1 star I will for sure rate It 0 . I rent the car 2 weeks prior pick date. They call me 3 hours prior pick up to tell me that they don’t have the car .ARE YOU SERIOUS. Screw all my plans. I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND ANY PENNY WITH THIS POOR COMPANY. STAY AWAY . I should known better from the name. And I paid for all the insurance, road assistance………… DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY TRUST ME. I DONT PUT ANY BAD REVIEWS EVER BUT THIS ONE.
