This was one of the most unprofessional and misleading rental experiences I’ve ever had. I had a confirmed reservation for 9:30 AM. When I arrived, I was told there would be a delay until 11:00 AM. At 11, the time was pushed again to 12:30 PM with no real explanation. The representative then told us that vehicles were “on the way from the airport,” which turned out to be completely false. If I could give zero stars I would. If this company gave even an ounce of care about customer service, you would fire the black man with the dreads that was working at that location on June 14, 2026. The rudest person I have ever dealt with and has no business being employed by any company that requires dealing with people. Went to Enterprise at the airport and had a car within 15 mins. Don’t waste your time here.
Budget stranded me. Took my money for a reservation for a car they did not have. Now I’m stuck without a way to get to the hotel and their customer service rep couldn’t care less. Now I’ll miss the event we flew in for and I get to fight with them to get my money back.
