Amazing service! We rented a truck in Tampa and it took us much longer to get to Tennessee than expected, due to extenuating circumstances. They were so accommodating and understanding! If we ever need to rent a truck again, we will definitely use this location again!!
I rented from them a few months ago. I submitted a deposit which was to be returned in 3-5 days of returning the vehicle but they kept it for 30 days. My bank says Budget does this to consumers all the time. When I went back to the location to address it with Alex, she was a bit surly, was dismissive because computers and wifi were down, and didn't offer to follow up when they were up and running again till I asked. The man Zac was awesome, made the experience very enjoyable. Also, he was extremely nice and seems like a hardworking guy. If you ever come to budget make sure to ask for Zac he’s the best.
Just picked up my Budget truck and car carrier. Fish helped me get my car on the trailer and instructed me every step of the way so I knew my car was safe and not going anywhere. Super patient and helpful!
