I had a very frustrating experience at the Budget Rental Car location in Colton. I prepaid for a specific type of vehicle, but when I arrived, I was given something completely different without explanation. The car I received was dirty inside and out, and to make matters worse, one of the tires was flat. Both Paula and Sonia, the staff members I interacted with, were extremely rude and unhelpful. Recently, I reserved a truck with Budget Truck Rental for my move, receiving confirmation and an order number in advance. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was flat-out denied service. The employee told me they wouldn’t honor my reservation because the price was "too low," adding, “Why would we give you a truck for that low of a cost when we can rent it for a thousand to a company?” With no other immediate options, I was forced to rent a truck from them at nearly three times my original cost.
