Horrible service. Gave me a car with significant damage. Says they close at 11 and they actually close at 10pm and send you over to Avis where I waited 1.5 hours to get a POS car. I would never rent a car from them again at BWI.
The few times I’ve been to this rental car service for budget car rentals they are always referring you to the Avis line and the wait is more than an hour every time they never have enough workers. This is Saturday Mother’s Day weekend and only 2 people working the booth. We’ve been in line over an hour now what a mess.
Scam, refused to honor my reservation rate, tried to get me to make a new reservation at double the cost
