I tried to pick up my rental car today, but they told me I couldn’t unless I had my full license. I used my provisional here in the past. If that’s the new policy it should show on the website when you’re making a reservation.
If you keep vehicle for longer then a week be sure to check it back in before renting it out another week they will keep a running tab on your credit card and then hit u with extra fees the online mgr was a jerk. But the counter sales young man was cool
I came to this budget to get a rental car. Pablo Villacis was my representative and he was entirely rude. He was not at the desk when I showed up and when I called him he took an additional 15 mins to come to the desk. Then when booking my reservation he told me to put my card into the card machine, transaction approved and he told me it was not approved and he needed to take additional money from me. I had to pick a star that is the only reason they get one. Now let me tell you what happened not so much this place but budget is the one this review is for.
