Terrible service! They gave my girl friend a dirty car and argued with her about cleaning it. She was overcharged for the rental. They also attempted to charge her a transportation fee because they closed early the day she went to return it so she had to drive 20 miles away to return the car. The staff was rude and ageist. If you are looking for a place to rent a car, LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Prepaid for a reservation. Upon arrival was told it would be double plus deposit due to their. Was told my only option was to call after I returned the car so they could try and fix. I ended up having my travel plans messed up because of their bait and switch tactics. Criminals or just negligent but either way a terrible company. Update as of May 1st 2019.
