Whoua whoua. A hell of a place if that is the car you booked you wanted. Personally I had a choice between a Suburb and a Tahoe for 20 $ more. Ok let’s go. **STAY AWAY - THEY DOUBLE AND OVER CHARGE FOR CAR RENTALS** I've had 3 rentals in the last three weeks and each time, the woman at the front desk overcharged my credit card by hundreds of dollars. No idea how they get away with operating like this. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Budget and sent dozens of emails to their "customer service" to get my money back. BEWARE!!
I’m here waiting at the 31st & 3rd Avenue local in New York City, they closed the office for lunch without notice, there’s no lunch break indicated on the web page. The person came with her lunch, ignored me that was already waiting and closed the door at my face without explanation. I’ve waiting here 30 minutes, I’m not leaving because I need the car but this service is unacceptable.
